Youth Leadership, Climate Action & Disaster Resilience
Empowering Youth Leaders and Eco Scouts Across Real, Infanta, General Nakar, and Burdeos Island
In the coastal towns of Real and Infanta, the mountain settlements of General Nakar, and the typhoon-vulnerable island municipality of Burdeos, young people aged 15 to 24 represent the energetic core of community resilience. As adolescents mature into young adults, acquiring practical leadership skills, climate awareness, and disaster preparedness becomes essential for their personal growth and community survival.
ReINa Federation of Parents Associations, Inc. operates CYDRRM, Project Greenlight, and the KALASAG Youth Federation in close partnership with ChildFund Philippines and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices (MDRRMOs).

💬 Community Stories & Youth Voice
“Being a sponsored child, I had the chance to develop my talent and skills. I became part of the ‘Eco-band’ where I learned to play guitar while acquiring leadership skills. I also learned how to make action plans and facilitate children and youth activities. I am proud to be part of ReINa Federation that pushes programs on DRR that benefits families and communities.”
